Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend labelling various sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
